Attorney Randy Godshalk of Hammond, IN; unethical Dumbo

The state of Indiana presented Randy A. Godshalk with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Valparaiso University Law School.

The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Assisted another in the unauthorized practice of law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Randy practices with the Godshalk Law Office at 7127 Indianapolis Blvd in Hammond, Indiana.
