Attorney Robert Fitzgerald of Willimantic, CT; Dumbo

The state of Connecticut provided Robert M. Fitzgerald with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Ross also received a license to practice in Massachusetts.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct

• Gross negligence caused statute of limitations to expire on client’s claim
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Bobby by ordering that he attend a continuing legal education class. In truth, these comedians didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.

As we speak (ca. July 2014) Bobby practices with the Offices of R. Fitzgerald at 22 North Street in Willimantic, Connecticut.
