Attorney Meri Borin of Troy, MI; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan provided Annette K. Howe with a law license in 1979

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #62 found Meri guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Meri found it acceptable to violate the rules by depositing her own funds into a client trust account in excess of the amount reasonably necessary to pay financial institution services charges or fees.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Meri by gifting her with a complimentary 45-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Meri practices in the Troy, Michigan area, which is a suburb of Detroit.
