The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to seek lawful objectives of his clients
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep clients informed as to status of their legal matters
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or assisted another in doing so

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Craig practices with Craig A. Tank PLLC at 228 North Main Street in Romeo, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
