Attorney Robert Mecklenborg of Cincinnati; lying drunk

The state of Ohio presented Robert P. Mecklenborg with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby was arrested on a drunken-driving charge in Indiana. Four days later, while renewing his expired driver’s license, Bobby signed a form stating he didn’t have any pending citations in Ohio or in any where else, which was an obvious lie.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Bobby practices at 6059 Bridgetown Road in Cincinnati, Ohio.
