Attorney Jerry Childs of Fresno; lying loser

The state of California provided Jerry F. Childs with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar Court found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

Jerry found it acceptable to engage in dishonesty or corruption by sending opposing counsel in a medical malpractice case an expert witness list and expert witness declaration that he knew was patently false and misleading.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Jerry practices at 1753 East Fir Street in Fresno, California.
