Attorney Michael Lazzo of Wichita, KS; ethical misfit

The state of Kansas presented Michael Eugene Lazzo with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Kansas Law School.

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to notify trial court of client’s name change
• Assisted client in making name without advising court of client’s prior criminal conviction
• Concealment of client’s name change impacted on Colorado officials from locating client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2014) Mike practices at 310 West Central Avenue in Wichita, Kansas.
