Attorney Mark Gusley of Cleveland; ethical misfit

The state of Ohio presented Mark Rudolf Gusley with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Cleveland State University Law School.

The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  3. Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
  4. Faield to register for e-filing with Federal District Court
  5. as required
  6. Missed a filing deadline in client’s case

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Stevie’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2014) Mark practices with Mark R. Gusley & Associates Co., LPA at 6600 Park Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.
