Judge Stephen Tittle Jr. of Greenville, TX; bullying loser

The state of Texas presented Stephen Ray Tittle Jr. with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School in Malibu, California.

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Engaged in willful misconduct
  2. Failed to comply with Texas law
  3. Violated due process rights of persons appearing before him
  4. Intentionally went out of his way to embarrass and punish James, McKenzie, director of Corrections Department
  5. Allowed personal relationship to influence
  6. Failed to disqualify himself from cases when required to so act
  7. Demonstrated bad faith in many of his so-called rulings
  8. Failed to maintain order or decorum during court proceedings
  9. Failed to be patient and courteous to those who appeared before him
  10. Exhibited bias and prejudice while performing judicial duties
  11. Failed to allow interested persons right to be heard
  12. Repeatedly bullied James McKenzie, director of Corrections Department

Prior to duping the voters into electing him as a District Court Judge in 2010, Stephen was employed for ten (10) years as a prosecutor for the Hunt County District Attorney’s Office, where he worked with, and developed a friendship with, Christina Gaston, a probation officer with the Hunt County Community Service Corrections Department (CSC).

Shortly after Stephen ascended to the judicial throne, he issued a directive that no probation officers other than Ms. Gaston and CSC director James McKenzie would be permitted to serve the 196th District Court.  Ms. Gaston served as the Court Officer for the 196th District Court until she was fired by Mr. McKenzie in October 2011.

During the months before she was fired, Ms. Gaston met privately on several occasions with Judge Tittle to discuss whether Mr. McKenzie had engaged in illegal conduct by accepting cash payments and exercise equipment from probationers that he later donated to the YMCA.

In Stephen’s demented world, y’all don’t mess with his girlfriend because if any of y’all do, you’ll be summarily punished, something that Mr. McKenzie was made to understand.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Commission on Judicial Conduct punished Marisela by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Stephen continues to sit as a District Court Judge in Greenville, Texas.
