Is Toledo attorney David R. Pheils, Jr's. brother Gary Pheils; certified pervert and is David Pheils, Jr. a perjurer?

It cannot be disputed that attorney David R. Pheils, Jr. is a degenerate in that he has consistently over the years (ca. 1965-2010) engaged in numerous frauds throughout Ohio aimed at unjustly enriching himself at the expense of others.

It would also appear that this is a family trait in that court records in the Toledo Municipal Court indicate that Pheils’ mother absconded with property belonging to her landlord after she moved out.

In the late 60s, Gary Pheils, who is apparently the younger brother of attorney David R. Pheils, Jr. or at least that is what Pheils told me in the early 1980s, was indicted by a Wood County, Ohio (Bowling Green) grand jury. In the indictment it states:

In Wood County, Ohio, GARY PHEILS did:

“On or about the 15th day of April, 1981, have sexual contact with Lisa Pheils, not his spouse, the said Lisa Pheils being less than thirteen years of age.”

As a result, Gary Pheils was charged feloniously with Gross Sexual Imposition and arrested in May 1986. Of course Lisa Pheils would have been David R. Pheils’ niece.

Pheils’ perjured testimony

In November 1995, Pheils testified that beginning in the early 1980s he no longer worked on criminal cases so that he increase his income by devoting his time to working on contingency fee cases (personal injury).

Clearly, Pheils’ testimony was false because court records in Wood County prove that he was the attorney of record for Gary Pheils for sexually molesting Pheils’ niece.

I don’t know about you, but if I was an attorney I would never have represented my brother if he sexually molested his daughter (my niece).

In addition, David R. Pheils, Jr. also represented his ex-partner Dale Crandall on criminal charges that he physically assaulted his wife.

Pheils also represented another infamous criminal (rap sheet about 2 feet long) by the name of Stockton. In this instance, Pheils represented Stockton on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon and on several other criminal charges during the late 1980s and/or early 1990s. This is confirmed by court records at the Toledo Municipal Court and/or the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas in Toledo.

Conclusion

Clearly, attorney David R. Pheils, Jr. made exceptions for representing criminals despite his perjured testimony in November 1995, such as pedophiles, wife beaters and other assorted crimes.
