Attorney Ray Kennington of Ozark, AL; ethical gremlin

The state of Alabama presented Ray Thomas Kennington with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Ray guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
3. Failed to promptly refund unearned fees
4. Failed to abide by client’s decisions regarding representation
5. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Ray practices in the Ozark, Alabama area.
