Attorney Christian Johnson of Denver; thieving loser

The state of Colorado provided Christian Lee Johnson with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Christian guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
3. Failed to withdraw as required after being fired
4. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
5. Falsely claimed to have been involved in partnership
6. Failed to keep disputed funds separate awaiting accounting as required
7. Made unauthorized charges on law firm’s credit card (cheater)
8. Billed client for work he never performed (crook)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Christian by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t actually mete out any meaningful punishment to Christian.
