Attorney Jack Winick of San Diego; ethical misfit

The state of California provided Jack Marvin Winick with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Jack guilty of the following misconduct.

Jack found it acceptable to commingle and use his client trust account funds to pay his personal expenses.

Over the course of several months, Jack repeatedly wrote checks from his trust account to pay for Home Depot supplies and for his rent.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Jack by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Jack practices at 5360 Toscana Way in San Diego, Calfifornia.
