Attorney Astrida Lemkins of Charlotte; ethical misfit

The state of North Carolina presented Astrida Liana Lemkins with a law license in 2003.

The North Carolina Bar Association found Astrida guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to terminate representation when required to do so

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Carolina Supreme Court the punished Astrida by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (June 2014), Astrida practices at 402 Hilo Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina.
