Today’s “Lunatic” Award Winner

Dick succeeded in duping the voters in Indiana into electing him as State Treasurer in November 2006.

In 2012, Dick laughingly attempted to again dupe the voters by running for a seat in the U.S. Senate. Dick’s attempt fell on empty ears as voters told him to take a hike.

During a recent (June 2014) appearance at the Indiana Republican Convention in Fort Wayne, Dick claimed that America was going the way of Hitler’s Nazi Germany. Dick the Loon went on to tell the assembled crowd:

• “The people of Germany in a free election selected the Nazi party because they made great promises that appealed to them because they were desperate and destitute.”
• “The truth is, 70 years later, we are drifting on the tides toward another beachhead and it is the bankruptcy of the United States of America.”

Dick went on to characterize the Obama administration’s policies as being akin to Hitler’s in pitting one group (middle and lower income citizens) against the other (millionaires and billionaires).

Dick went on to falsely assert that Obama followed Hitler’s lead in going after his political opponents. This type of outrageous commentary by a so-called public office holder should be condemned by Dick’s fellow Republicans. I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting for such condemnation.

And lastly, I’m sure y’all fondly remember Dick’s asinine comment declaring his opposition to aborting pregnancies occurring during rape because “it is something that God intended to happen.”

Does anyone other than those with an I.Q. hovering around 65 really give a damn what Dick the Loon has to say about anything? I didn’t think so!

Congrats Dick; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Lunatics”; you are far too humble.
