Attorney Patrick Condon of Carlsbad, CA; convicted drunk

The state of California provided Patrick Barnes Condon with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from UC Berkeley University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Patty pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence (DUI) with a blood alcohol content of .15 percent.

Two years later, Patty pleaded guilty to felony DUI. In that case, Patty caused bodily injury to another person and drive while under the influence within seven years of a prior conviction.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the California State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Patty.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Patty practices at 7323 Calle Luna in Carlsbad, California, which is located in San Diego County.
