Attorney Patricia Boag of Tustin, CA; repeat offender

 

The state of California provided Patricia Marlene Boag with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the University of Pacific Law School.

 

The California State Bar Court found Pat guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Pat’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to provide competent services in 4 matters (Certified Dumbo)
  • Failed to refund unearned fees re: 4 clients (crook)
  • Failed to promptly release client file to client after being fired

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Andrea by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

I

n one matter, Pat admitted that she appeared in court on behalf of a client at a time when her law license was suspended. She also failed to inform the trial court of her status and the fact that she was illegally practicing law.

 

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Andrea by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

 

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Pat practices at 1641 Rainbow Drive in North Tustin, Calfiornia.
