Attorney Michael Brush of Los Angeles; repeat offender

The state of California provided Michael Alan Brush with a law license in 1970 after she graduated from Yale University of Pacific Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with conditions of prior discipline findings
  • Failed to contact Probation Office as required
  • Failed to attend at leas four meetings of abstinence-based self-help group
  • Falsely declared under penaltly of perjury that he had complied with all conditions of his probation

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mike was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mike’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary private reproval after being found guilty of driving under the influence.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the California State Bar Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Mike practices with Brush & Sacks at 815 Moraga Drive in Los Angeles, California.
