Attorney Guy Roll of Tempe, AZ; ethical elf

The state of Arizona presented Guy P. Roll with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Guy guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to communicate with clients
  2. Failed to safeguard client property
  3. Failed to properly supervise office staff
  4. Assisted others in the illegal practice of law
  5. Failed to refund monies he didn’t earn to clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Guy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Guy practices with The Roll Law Office PLLC at 2141 East Broadway Road in Tempe, Arizona.
