Attorney Heath McWhorter of Mesa, AZ; lying loser

The state of Arizona presented Heath McWhorter with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Heath guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  2. Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a trial court
  3. Acted unfairly in dealings with opposing counsel
  4. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  5. Made a false statement of material fact to opposing counsel
  6. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  7. Misconduct involved selfish motive

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Heath by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Heath practices with the McWhorter Law Firm PLLC at 3707 East Southern Avenue in Mesa, Arizona.
