Attorney Carl Macpherson of Tucson; lying loser

The state of Arizona presented Carl D. Macpherson with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
2. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
3. Misconduct involved selfish motive
4. Knowingly lied to court re: availability of client to testify at trial
5. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Carl practices at 177 North Church Avenue in Tucson, Arizona.
