Attorney Gareth Hyndman II of Chandler, AZ; repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Gareth C. Hyndman II with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Western State University Law School in Fullerton, California.

The Arizona State Bar found Gareth guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to justice
2. Failed to withdraw representation when required to do so
3. Failed to expedite litigation
4. Knowingly disobeyed an obligation of the rules of a tribunal
5. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Gareth!)
6. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Gareth by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to communicate with clients
3. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
4. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Gareth!)
5. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
6. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
7. Failed to comply with discovery requests as required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Gareth by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Gareth practices with Hyndman & Associates at 5142 South Miller Place in Chandler, Arizona.
