Attorney Roger Weil of Middlesex, NJ; ethical leprechaun

The state of New Jersey presented Roger J. Weil with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Roger found it acceptable to prepare a will for a client that named his wife as a contingent beneficiary.

Roger also failed to refuse to represent the client in the preparation of the will despite the fact that his refusal was mandatory.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey

Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Roger practices at 495 Union Avenue in Middlesex, New Jersey.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Keith’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
