Attorney Howard Weber of East Brunswick, NJ; tax cheat

The state of New Jersey presented Howard W. Weber with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Howie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Howie found it acceptable to commingle (mix) client funds with his personal and business funds for t he sole purpose of circumventing an IRS levy. Put simply, Howie so acted in order to defraud the IRS.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey

Supreme Court punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Howie practices at 4 Cornwall Drive in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
