Attorney Kimberly Styler of Newark, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Kimberly Styler with a law license in 1990.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.

• Exhbiited gross neglect
• Engaged in pattern of neglect in six bankruptcy matters
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Faield to communicate with clients

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey

Supreme Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Kim practices in the Newark, New Jersey area.
