Attorney Eliane Russotti of Englewood, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Eliane Russotti with a law license in 1994.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Eliane guilty of the following misconduct.

• Lied in an answer to interrogator that she’d never been a defendant in a lawsuit
• Failed to comply with required recordkeeping rules
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Eliane!)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey

Supreme Court punished Eliane by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Eliane practices at 1620 West Ivy Lane in Englewood, New Jersey.
