Ohio Chief Justice Thomas Moyer finally admits his overt bias v. The Judicial Watchdog

On Feb. 1, 2010, this Ol’ Watchdog sent a letter to Chief Justice Thomas Moyer demanding that he withdraw from any proceedings relating to the Dawg’s pending appeal in Ohio Supreme Court Case No. 2010-0054.

On February 4, 2010, magically, Chief Justice Thomas Moyer finally admitted that he was biased against the Watchdawg when he entered an Order withdrawing from the Dawg’s pending appeal. Chief Justice Thomas Moyer’s order can be found at: http://tinyurl.com/yl8ewo5.

The animus that Chief Justice Thomas Moyer has exhibited towards this Watchdawg (ca. 1987-2010) is not only palpable, but is likely unprecedented in the annals of American Jurisprudence.

This Watchdawg has spent the last fifteen or more years investigating, reporting on and exposing Judicial, Attorney and/or Public Official Misfits. More importantly, a significant amount of time, effort and expense was put forth in proving “beyond all doubt” that Chief Justice Thomas Moyer will go down in infamy as the most dishonest, incompetent and/or political hack to have ever sat as a state Supreme Court Chief Justice.

During this time, the Dawg has repeatedly, and I mean repeatedly demanded that Chief Justice Thomas Moyer recuse himself from any proceedings dealing with the Dawg and/or his spouse.

On each and every occasion, Chief Justice Thomas Moyer had the chutzpah to refuse such request by asserting that “the mere appearance of bias” was non-existent and/or by repeatedly involving his 5th Amendment right to remain silent.

Finally, and I mean finally, Chief Justice Thomas Moyer was boxed into a position wherein he had no choice but to withdraw as a result of his well-documented bias against this Watchdawg.

Of course it remains to be seen who will be appointed/assigned to replace Chief Justice Thomas Moyer. If said replacement is yet another certified “ethical elf,” then this Ol’ Watchdawg will take appropriate action to have him/her removed from this pending appeal.
