The state of

New Jersey presented David A. Tykulsker with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Columbia University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed re: status of worker’s compensation claim
• Failed to comply with client’s requests for information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Dave practices with David Tykulsker & Associates at
