Attorney George Piandes of Framingham, MA; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented George Piandes with a law license in 1998.

The Board of Bar Overseers found George guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to maintain accurate client account ledgers
2. Improperly made cash withdrawals from trust account
3. Failed to provide client with itemized billing statement
4. Negligently paid himself more fees than he lawfully earned
5. Failed to retain reconciliation reports of trust accounts

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished George by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) George practices at 873 Waverly Street in Framingham, Massachusetts.
