Attorney Arch Schoch V of High Point, NC; druggie

The state of North Carolina presented Arch K. Schoch V with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Samford University Law School. 

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar charged Arch with the following misconduct.

Arch found it acceptable to unlawfully and willfully possess and use crack cocaine in his home and in his law office. . Moreover, Arch provided crack cocaine to a client in his law office and home.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Arch by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Arch practices in the High Point, North Carolina area.
