Attorney Gregory Stafford of Chapel Hill; repeat offender

The state of North Carolina  presented Gregory W. Stafford with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Greg Mike guilty of following the following misconduct.

Greg found it acceptable to knowingly violate the Rules of Conduct by failing to include the following language on the envelopes of his so-called advertisements wherein he was attempting to expand on his victim pool:

“THIS IS AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES.”

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

In one matter, Greg found it acceptable in failing to appear at a court scheduling hearing on his client’s behalf, which led to the client’s unnecessary arrest.
