Attorney Donald Marcari of Chesapeake, NC; repeat offender

The state of North Carolina presented Donald W. Marcari with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Campbell University Law School. 

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Donnie Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

Donnie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

Donnie found it acceptable to knowingly violate the Rules of Conduct by failing to include the following language on the envelopes of his so-called advertisements wherein he was attempting to expand on his victim pool:

“THIS IS AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES.”

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Donnie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In Donnie’s yellow page ads stated that he was a member of the “Million Dollar Advocacy Forum.” However, Donnie failed to include the required disclaimer in his advertisement.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Donnie by gifting him with another complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Donnie practices with Marcari Russotto Spencer & Balaban, PC at 501 Baylor Court in Chesapeake, North Carolina.
