Attorney Kimuel Lee of Baton Rouge; cheating loser
The state of Louisiana provided Kimuel Wayne Lee with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the Pepperdine University Law School.
The Louisiana State Bar found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
- Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
- Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
- Failed to timely remit funds to clients or third persons
- Illegally pocketed medical expenses that should have been paid to hospital
- Sole car on wife’s behalf even though he wasn’t licensed salesperson
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfit s sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Kim by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. June 2014), Kim practices in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area.
