The state of Virginia presented David O’Neil Prince with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to safeguard client funds
3. Charged an excessive fee
4. Failed to decline representation when required
5. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
6. Engaged in a deliberate act involving dishonesty or untrustworthiness

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
