The state of Virginia presented Robert Charles Neeley Jr. with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

•  Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
