The Law Society presented Sean P. O’Neill with a law license in 1990

The Disciplinary Committee of the Bar Society found Sean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in serious misconduct
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Placed his personal financial interests above those of client
• Failed to obtain client’s consent in regards to conflicting interests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Sean by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. .

 As we speak (ca. February 2014), Sean practices with the Boughton Law Corporation at 595 Burrard Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
