Attorney Stanley Foo of Vancouver, BC; bully

The Law Society presented Stanley Chang Woon Foo with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from McGill University Law School.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Bar Society found Stan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stan found it acceptable to make discourteous or threatening remarks that were directed at a social worker employed by the Ministry of Children and Family Development.

During a court hearing Stan approached a female and asked her if she was “the social worker.” She confirmed she was, Stand told her that he “should shoot” her because she “takes away too many kids.”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Stan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Stan fails to mention the above misconduct on his self serving website at www.fooandco.ca/.  Apparently, Stan decided to not disclose said information on his website so as to not limit his future victim pool.

 As we speak (ca. May 2014), Stan practices with Foo & Company at 3665 Kingsway in Vancouver, British Columbia.
