Judge Delwin T. McGee of Dumas, TX; bully, Il Duce Wannabee

Unfortunately, Judge Delwin T. McGee continues to sit on the court Dumas, Texas, which is about 50 miles north of Amarillo.

In 2002, Judge Delwin “The Pugilist” McGee was charged with misconduct by the Texas Judicial Commission.

While Judge Delwin McGee was participating in a parade with a little league baseball team that he coached, an 11-year-old player from another team squirted him with water.

According to several witnesses, Judge Delwin McGee chased the child, grabbed him, took his water pistol, placed him in a headlock, pulled his head back by the hair, and squirted the child in the face with the water gun.

Shortly thereafter, the child was taken to a hospital where he was treated for an abrasion on his neck, a laceration on his tongue, and a bruise on his thumb.

Local law enforcement investigated the matter; however, the investigation was closed when the parents expressed a desire that it be ended. Hmmm, wonder why they so acted?

Judge Delwin McGee’s so-called punishment

As a result of his “Il Duce” conduct, the Texas Judicial Commission gifted Judge Delwin McGee with a “complimentary admonishment.” Goshes and Gollies and Gee Whillickers, I bet that was like really painful, right?
