Attorney Douglas Stern of Waukesha, WI; ethical dwarf 

The state of Wisconsin presented Douglas R. Stern with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School. 

Douglas’ misconduct came about while he was sitting as a Municipal Court judge in Western Waukesha County.

The Wisconsin Judicial Commission found Judge Stern guilty of the following misconduct.

Douglas found it acceptable to violate Wisconsin law that prohibits anyone from holding more than one public office.

In this instance, Douglas successfully ran a campaign to be elected as a Municipal Court Judge and also as a member of a local school board.

Apparently, Doug didn’t do well in basic arithmetic and didn’t improve after enrolling in a remedial math class at Bethesda Elementary School in Waukesha.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Mississippi Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
