The state of Florida presented Richard Douglas Sierra with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School. 

In December 2013, Dick was arrested for traveling to an undisclosed location to have a “girlfriend experience” with an undercover agent who was posing as a prostitute.

Dick was then arrested after he tried to conduct a “pat down” of the undercover agent, telling police detectives after that he usually pats down prostitutes for wires.

Sheriff Grady of Polk County, Florida said, “Prostitution is not a victimless crime. From the spread of disease and destruction of families to human trafficking, prostitution is bad for our community.

Dick’s admission that he usually pats down prostitutes for wires is evidence that he’s a serial law breaker.

All that’s left now is to see how long Dick is imprisoned for his criminal conduct. Moreover, it will be interesting to see what if any punishment the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court mete out to Dick.
