Attorney Jennifer Gaubert of New Orleans; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Jennifer Elaine Gaubert with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from Salmon P. Chase Law School.

In early April 2014, Jennifer was convicted of simple battery in regards to her unwanted contact with the taxicab driver, Hervey Ferrell. Mr. Ferrell’s account of the rebuffing of an unwanted sexual advance by Jennifer was proven by a cell phone video he took of a portion of the incident.

Jennifer is still facing a felony trial in May 2014 for lying about the taxicab incident to police authorities in order to get Mr. Ferrell arrested.

All that remains now is to see how Jennifer will be sentenced on her conviction regarding Mr. Ferrell.

And lastly, we’ll have to wait and see what if any punishment the enablers sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court will mete out to Jennifer regarding her recent criminal conviction.

As we speak (ca. April 2014) Jennifer practices at 6260 Vicksburg Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
