Attorney Mark Furlan of Rutland, VT; ethical dwarf

The state of Vermont presented Mark Furlan with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Vermont Law School.

The Vermont Bar Court found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

While employed as a public defender at state expense, Mark took no action of behalf of two incarcerated clients.

Mark also failed to communicate with his clients and failed to adequately inform them of the status of their cases. 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Mark practices with Abatiell & Associates P.C. at 1 Justice Square in Rutland, Vermont.
