Attorney Mark Stephen of Montpelier, VT; ethical misfit

The state of Vermont presented Mark L. Stephen with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Vermont Law School.

The Vermont Bar Court found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

Over the period of several years, Mark neglected to resolve benefit issues reaming in a worker’s compensation case after resolution of his client’s permanent disability.

Mark also failed to communicate with his client.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Mark practices at RR 2 in Montpelier, Vermont.
