Attorney Harry Tun of Washington DC; ethical misfit

The District of Columbia presented Harry Tun with a law license in 1988.

The DC Bar Counsel found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter while he was dealing on behalf of a client, with a third party who was not represented by an attorney, Harry gave advice to the unrepresented person even though he absolutely knew there was an actual or potential conflict of interest.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Harry practices with the Law Office of Harry Tun at 400 Fifth Street NW in Washington, D.C.
