Attorney Kenneth Robinson of Rockville, MD; ethical gremlin

The District of Columbia presented Kenneth M. Robinson with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

The DC Court of Appeals found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Engaged in the negligent misappropriation of client settlements funds
2. Failed to pay settlement funds to client for more than three years
3. Faield to properly supervise office staff
4. Failed to properly maintain escrow account
5. Negligent conduct allowed escrow account to be overdrawn

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Kenny practices with The Robinson Firm at 15 West Montgomery Avenue in Rockville, Maryland.
