Attorney Sean McMullen of McLean, VA; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia presented Sean McMullen with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from William & Mary Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Sean guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)
2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
3. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
4. Faield to act with reasonable promptness in representing client
5. Failed to respond to client requests for information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Sean by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Sean practices with Lange Thomas & McMullen LLP at 6849 Old Dominion Drive in McLean, Virginia.
