Attorney David Grace of Wisconsin Rapids; ethical gremlin

The state of Wisconsin presented David L. Grace with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Faield to respond to numerous calls from client
• Failed to properly pursue client’s interests
• Failed to advise client that trial court issued bench warrant
• Failed to return client file to client after being fired
• Neglected legal matters entrusted to him

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Courts punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Dave practices with Schmidt & Grace & Duncan at 250 East Grand Avenue in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.
