Attorney Peter Neil of Decatur, AL; ambulance chaser

The state of Alabama presented Peter Monfore Neil with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improper contact with person he knew was represented by counsel
• Engaged in improper ambulance chasing
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or knowingly assisted/induced another to do so

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Pete practices at 107 2^nd Avenue NE in Decatur, Alabama.
