Attorney Christopher Greenwood of Provo; ethical gremlin

The state of Utah presented Christopher D. Greenwood with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the Brigham Young University (BYU) Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Personally violated or induced or assisted another in violating disciplinary rule
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly made a false statement of fact to a third party

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2014) Chris practices with Greenwood & Black, Inc. at 3375 North 100 East in Provo, Utah.
