Attorney Stuwert Johnson of Ogden; lying loser 
The state of Utah presented Stuwert B. Johnson with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School.
The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Stu guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
- Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
- Failed to communicate with client
- Failed to terminate representation when required
- Personally violated or induced or assisted another in violating disciplinary rule
- Knowingly lied to client about providing insurer with client medical records
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Stu by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. April 2014) Stu practices at 3856 Washington Blvd in Ogden, Utah.
